Terms & Conditions

1. Serious buyers only please. We are strongly against last minute backed-out buyers, hence shall be blacklisted. Kindly notify us if you are not interested in the item anymore.

2. Prices are FIXED and non-negotiable.

3. All items are BRAND NEW and in mint condition.

4. Items are sold on a first come first served basis.

5. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns are allowed. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. All payments are to be made into our Maybank or CIMB account within a period of 3 days (72 hours). Failure to do so will result in the items going to the next buyer in line without further notice.

7. Part payment of 50% is required for reservations of more than 3 days. This deposit is not refundable and will be forfeited if payment is not being made by the stipulated date agreed.

8. Advanced payment is required prior to restocking to avoid any last minute back-out buyers. Full refund will be made if item cannot be restocked.

9. Buyers are to bear all shipment costs.

10. We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged shipment as we ensure utmost care is taken in packing and getting your items shipped.

11. Postage will only be sent out every Tuesdays and Fridays.

12. Item(s) MAY be restockable unless stated otherwise, do enquire within.

13. Color(s) may vary slightly due to lighting.

14. All measurements are taken with the item(s) laid flat.
